This website is operated by SimpliMar Pte Ltd, Singapore. These draft terms describe intended website use. Any services you purchase will be governed by a separate written proposal and service agreement.

Information and service scope

Website content is general information about potential automation services. Capabilities depend on connected systems, data quality, permissions and agreed scope. We do not guarantee a particular implementation time, business result or level of savings.

Pricing and proposals

Prices are in Singapore dollars. GST is added where applicable. Third-party software and API usage are excluded unless stated. Out-of-scope integrations and additional support are billed separately. No package includes unlimited support. A written proposal confirms deliverables, pricing, acceptance criteria and responsibilities before work begins.

The S$650 Proof-of-Value Pilot covers one selected workflow for up to 14 calendar days using controlled sample data. Its fee is credited against implementation if the customer signs within 30 days. Detailed pilot arrangements are confirmed in writing.

Interactive tools

The quotation demonstration uses fictional information and sample prices. Its approval, revision and rejection controls only update local browser state. It sends no real messages and creates no financial commitments.

The time-savings estimator provides an illustrative calculation from visitor inputs. It does not measure actual performance or guarantee cash savings or return on investment. Implementation costs, subscription fees and other expenses are not deducted from the estimate.

Acceptable use

Use this site lawfully. Do not attempt unauthorised access, disrupt its operation, submit malicious content, impersonate others or provide personal information you are not authorised to share.

Intellectual property and external services

SimpliMar branding and original website material are reserved to their respective owners. Third-party components remain subject to their licences. External websites and optional scheduling services operate under their own terms; we cannot control their content or availability.

Availability and responsibility

We aim to maintain accurate information and a working website, but errors and interruptions can occur. Any limitations of liability must be assessed under applicable law and finalised through legal review. Nothing in these draft terms is intended to exclude responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
